cd-key lost but not hex. how to obtain cd-key?

i wanted to play ut3 again today after along time but noticed i dont have the cdkey anymore.
The box it was in i lost, but i still have the hash number. its 32 digits long numbers and letters.
if i remember correct this is the number that is derived from the cd-key i got from clanbase, it was generated with a program from that you needed to download to be allowed to play matches. i also remember with ut3 there was this mutator for servers that shows your hash or cd-key
when you enter the game. x-mutator or something? it is frustrating because i have put this hash number with a sticker on my pc-monitor but
i cant enter it in ut3, i dont remember why i saved this hash and i dont understand why i threw away the box with the serial number. i only know i have a legit ut3 game i cant play.

the number begins with f7bac8c and ends with 8ead83 (dont want to put the whole number here because you never know)

i also found EncryptedproductKey in utengine.ini with alot of numbers. and i treid to copy the number from my old hadrdrive which didnt work, i also treid to launch it which also didnt work, it keeps asking the serial

thanks, i just did im looking to buy a new one but this whole steam thing i dont like and the boxed version here in europe still sell for 40 Euro
do you need paypal to buy someething from steam?

i hope Flak helps me tough that would be cheaper
