    Default 0 players online??

    When I go to the main menu in Gears 3 it says that there are 0 players in the standard playlists, and The Forces of Nature playlist is just blank. Its even expaned to the Event Calendar where it tells me "the server is not available at this time try again later" the problem started after I downloaded the new 6-20 xbox live update. I didn't have this problem before I downloaded the update. Anyone have any tips? by the way I restarted my router, cleared my system cache, and redownloaded all DLC and the problem still persists, oh and my NAT type is OPEN.

    I'm having the same problem too. I have tried resetting the console numerous times already, modem and router resets. The problem still persists.

    its happend to me before but its always cleared itself back up.

    Went into a playlist with 0 players and after 4 hours of not finding anyone I quit out.

    Started a QM koth found a full team. Quit out 10 times because I just kept getting put into their match.

    Started a QM CTL and got all bots.

    really the problem cleared its self, how long did it take to clear up? the annoying part for me is that it would kick me out a game because it says that the host quit when though i have all the map packs.

    Any one who still has this problem clear cache and try again it should fix it

    Have the same problem, cleared system cache once again and it didn't fix the problem, anyone else know how to fix the problem or any suggestions? :[

    My problem and how I fixed
    Standard playlist show 0 players playing in all game types.
    Forces of Nature playlist show nothing.
    When I join a party and party leader searches forces of nature playlist it's says something like "undefined" game type or "unlisted" and when party leader starts the search the audio freezes in a horrible loud audio loop until he cancels the search.
    Nothing is listed under event calendar.
    I tried clearing system cache and resetting my Internet connection with no luck.
    I fixed problem in main menu under Xbox love marketplace a redownloading booster map pack(note I never deleted from my hard drive so download should take no more than a second)
    That's how it worked for me.

    Update:

    Contacted Microsoft Support and went through a range of steps much like DJ commented above. Fixed the issue only to come back a few days later

    Update:

    Talked to Support again for the second time had an agent take me through all the steps via chat. Nothing worked here is what they said afterwards

    Agent:
    "I've sent this issue to our Escalation Team for resolution. They will contact you about this by email within 3 days. If you would like to contact us, Please let me know if you have any questions."

    I fixed mine just now. What I did was to load my backup file from my cloud. If you have a backup, try this method. Good luck.
