Raczilla and I will be hosting a podcast with the creators of Infinity Blade this week about the story/fiction behind the Infinity Blade universe! For those of you with burning questions about the background of the game, now's your chance to find out the answers!

Who or what inspired the whole story of the infinity blade universe?

Infinity Blade has a one-of-a-kind setting where science and magic seem intertwined, and I'm never sure if I'm playing a fantasy game or a hard science fiction set in the future. It's quite a unique tone and I love how it fuels many discussions and speculations regarding the story. Was this a deliberate effect you were striving to achieve in the audience?

will there be a free roam, if not i order one to be made just like mass effect 3, love that game or like legend of zelda also love that game
are there going to be powers
when is the update, im dying
when is ib dungeons
when is ib 3 comming out
are there going to be more online options
the main thing i want is free roam, if you could tell them this, thanks

This podcast will focus on the Infinity Blade story/fiction so we won't be able to use these types of questions this go round. If you have any other questions that deal with the story or the world in the game please share that with us!

Please i want to know: what is the age in Infinity Blade universe? It seems medieval age but there are high tech. I love the story, really love it.

Probably double the earth's age or so. It has been through an apocalypse, and then revived, that must took a lot of time.

I think many people's burning question is: "When does Infinity Blade take place?"

My questions are:

-What items in the games are canon to the story? (obviously the Infinity Blade, the gear that you start IB2 with and the Vile set + Holy Band, but I'm wondering if sets like the robot armor and stuff are canon)
-are the Deathless brought back to life through magic or technology? Is their immortality genetic or the result of some kind of medical procedure, or technology, or some combination of the three? Or is it magic?
-does Isa know Siris from when he was Ausar? I mean, was she a wife/lover/mistress/daughter or something? Or is she separate from events before IB:A?
-When the Archivist is talking to Siris, is he mostly talking about the Worker of Secrets, or the previous owner of the tower? Specifically, when he says "The seals must never be broken, for he must never be allowed to return," who is he talking about?
-What is the Great Pact? I know that's kind of a broad question, but I always wondered exactly what it was. Like, is it a pact among the Deathless to keep the WoS imprisoned? or is it more than that?

I probably have many more but those are the big ones

Ah i forgot it, another question i want to ask:

The sentinels were immortals? it's known that MX-Goliath wasn't, but Thane was, but was the Stone Demon and the Archivist? And then, why the Worker thanked Siris by "kill his enemies"?

1. Where does the events in the infinity blade take place, is it Earth or another universe entirely?
2. What was the exact nature of the relationship between Ausar and Raidriar, were they always enemies or were they allies at one point?
3. How old is Siris/Ausar?

Siris has tattos? I don't even noted, where did you see it? i've been carefully watched the chapter where Siris reborn each RB and i can't see them. Or it's another location?

You can equip the Thark armor to better see them, but they're apparent every time he wakes up in the RB chamber as well. They are greenish markings running down the length of his left arm.

1. Why is the worker holding the Infinity Blade during the Third Thane battle? Was this a mistake?

2. Why do the Worker and Raidrair wear almost identical armor?

3. In IB:A , Siris describes to Isa what he saw in the God King rebirthing chamber, Isa tells Siris that she does not think that Siris saw what he thinks he saw. What does she mean by this? Was this a rebirthing chamber or cloning chamber?

4. In IB:1 Ealosuem says, " so he has found a way, has he?". What does this mean? Who is " he" ?

5. In IB1 Archarin also refers to " He" and how " He will claim what is rightfully his.". Who is this " He"

6. Will we see the Dragoor ? and what role will it play ?

speaking of the Worker, what is that thing he's looking at in his hand at the beginning of IB2? Also, Is there anything inside that chest that's bound in chains inside his prison?

-What exactly is a Quantum Identity Pattern (QIP)? TEL describes it as a "soul" but he also said it's much more complicated than that. TEL also describes the Daerils as "QIP mutants," what does that mean exactly? Does everything have a QIP, and it's just the Deathless who know how to use it to become "immortal"?

-Many ideas I've seen in Infinity Blade bear a striking resemblance to the "Hyperion," books. Specifically the Deathless are reincarnated in a similar way to how the Cruciform parasite resurrects its hosts, and the idea of a QIP seems very similar to the "void which binds" in the books. The idea of multiple worlds and transportation rings also reminds me of the Farcasters. Is this just a coincidence? If so, then is Infinity Blade based on the Soul Reaver/Legacy of Kain series? the ideas are also similar (Vampires = Deathless, Soul Reaver = infinity Blade, WoS = Elder God etc.)

How does a mortal become a deathless?

When Isa approaches the Vault of Tears/Saranthia at the end of IB2, the trees branches have not grown to the top of the tower. What is the timeline for scene?( When does it take place in the story, with regards to Siris' quest).

How did Raidriar trap each Deathless King in a cell and what did they do to become trapped?

Is the Vile armor made from Dragoor scales? Is the person slaying the dragon in the center court statue , Ausar, Raidrair or neither?

I have a feeling that we won't get too much from it, regarding the future storyline.

I think questions similiar to Silver's question about the Egyptian mythology, may be answered.

Also, something like the Daerils creation by the deathless, may be answered, but nothing that would hint at the future storyline.

But it will definately give some good info for your Wiki page,
