Looking for UDK, Architectural, Revit expertise in Charlotte or Atlanta

I am looking for (in order of priority):

1. UDK - Unreal Engine 3 expertise particularly as it relates to geometry and the ability to import geometry, materials, lighting, scene information
2. Architectural CAD/BIM packages such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup.

The resource must be local to Atlanta or Charlotte.

You can import geometry and textures, but you can't import lighting or materials - both of those need to be built inside UDK. I'm unsure of what you mean by 'scene information'.
