i was red lv 28 with all beast horde and weapon accept hammer burst onix medals now im lv 1 again?

how do i fix this?

no i ended my last game as normal by checking my medals

It happened to me too a few months ago. I know how you feel. I said the same thing.

I didn't give up though and now I'm happy again.

thanks for your help but im not starting again just finised playing 1000 as a woman instead of who i wanted to had alot of progress on medlas and now nothing.
never boosted 1 game or played anything other than ranked or public games, never had a reset on any game iv ever played so **** it
