Did you get the iOS 6 beta? There have been some GC bugs with other apps, it could be that.
No I didn't get iOS 6 and my device is not Jailbroken. I've been running iOS 5.2.1 on my iPhone 4 ever since Apple released the update. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary when this happened, it just happened on its own.
