I am looking for the names of the Gears of War books. I have heard that the story in the books makes up some of the ingame story. I am interested in reading the books now that I have finished all three games.
Anybody know how many books there are, and what the names of them are?

A quick google search would net you the answers, but I'll list them here for you anyway: Aspho Fields, Jacinto's Remnant, Anvil Gate, Coalition's End, and The Slab. There also some Gears comics out there, 24 at the time of this post. They can be found on the Comixology app as well as probably Amazon. Don't think any comic book stores will still have issues available right away, but I may be wrong.
