Well I took my Tortoise and Made Him a Cosplay as a Ticker, His Name is Donatello and He didn't get Harm on anyway doing this.
The cylinder is made of Left over Toilet paper thingy, some Tape, Foam, Plasti Dip and Spray paint, to Attach it to Him I used a Piece of
Duct Tape. and We had a little fun playing outside. Here are the Pics ;
