Flaming Weapons

I was looking through my weapon skins and was setting them to the flame skin (Sadly i was on vacation the first week of the beta, so i don't have the flaming hammy) and i realized that i had the flaming retro lancer skin. I'm not sure what i did to get this, i don't remember unlocking it either? does any body know how someone would go about getting this skin?

It was unreleased until recently.

They made it so that if you played in the first week post-launch (and got the ribbon tied to that week), you got the Flaming Retro Lancer, along with the Gold variants of the other two rifles.

Not everyone who was supposed to get one did. My wife and I played the first week and unlocked golden lancer and golden hammerburst but no flaming retro for us. Never been reset either. Probably has to do with how glitchy it was back then (like having to complete Acts 3 and 5 a few times each to finally unlock Unarmored Marcus). I keep hoping they fix this but worry they will make some messed up requirement like they have for the Ivory skins.
