Have some problems. Is this happening to anyone else??

So im trying to play Gears 3 and im having trouble for 2 reasons.

1, whenever i search a match it comes up saying 'No suitable matches could be found' does this for a few times, then says 'checking 0 of 3 matches' does nothing and then searches for macthes and it stays like this until i cancel it...Its been doing it for the last few hours, i have reset my router just to be sure and this has nothing.

2, when i do finially get into a game that isnt full of bots im lagging Gears 1 style. Really bad lag, this is making Gears 3 very hard to play. Is anyone else in the UK having this problem at all?

I understand the new Gears game is out next year and i honestly cant wait for it but it would be nice if Gears 3 was playable until its out.

I sometimes have this problem. Are you searching Ranked or Quick? Because I can never find players in my region for Ranked, only TDM which I don't really like playing. But the UK servers are pretty bad anyway, is your NAT type open?

Yup NAT type is open and im searching for both ranked and quick. Im actually finding players quicker in Ranked than i am in Quick...
