[FIX] Console Commands blurred (Windows text blurriness)

Hello everyone,

Recently i updated my Nvidia driver to 301.42. Since then i have this issue where Console Command text's, Windows Live text's are blurred and difficult to read. I found that the fix is disabling Anti-Aliasing - FXAA in Nvidia Control Panel.

Additionally this also fixed high memory usage (rarely) of DWM.exe (Desktop Window Manager) which caused lag in 3dsmax.

Glad you fixed it, i had an issue a one month ago with the driver 294 something like that i always had red screens of death and it would not recover unless i reboot my pc
