I need help with my multiplayer

I am banned from Gears of War 3. My first gamertag got banned because my clan leader posted leaked footage on Youtube. My gamertag that got banned is Pause Reversal. Well long story shot..I made a new account so I could play this game again. Well on my first account Pause Reversal I signed out in the menus. When I signed out in the Gears of War 3 menus..I signed into my other account. My other account is iiSupernaturalz and when I signed out from my other account into this account, the ban settings went on to my iiSupernaturalz account. I need to talk to a moderator or someone who could help me in this situation. Please when you can get back to me and we can talk because I have been off that game for 6 months now and I posted and nobody has helped me what so ever!

C. Haven told you if you wish to play again you'll need to get a new console.

There's your help.
Those are your only 2 options. If they told you the ban stands when you appealed it. Nothing you can do except do the 2nd option - buy a new console and create a whole new account.
