So achievement is still stuck
NG progress is still forced
They messed with spell attack and didn't bother dropping a note.
What takes so long to fix KNOWN PROBLEM?
The 2 figures still stuck, when can we expect a fix?

The best way to get attention to this bug is not to spam this thread with your own posts, but to collaborate with others in finding a solution or simply making your voices heard together. Post what you're experiencing in this thread, and I'll add your info to the list and see what I can glean from it. There are others experiencing the same thing (including me), so I'm sure we can figure something out.
