Why can't I play online? I am an honest player!

I am wondering why I cannot play Gears Of War 3 online. I have not modded my gameplay. I have just returned from a deployment. First, someone hacked my windows live ID email and transferred my content licenses to their system. I know this cause when I finally got my account back, I viewed this portion of my account info and it says that I transferred my licenses to another system or whatever. Then, Microsoft has been charging me for the past 2 months even though I reported my card was stolen and want to end auto renewal. A short chat with microsoft and I was reimbursed the money and got,my Xbox live gold back. But, now it appears that I may be banned from playing online because someone thinks I modded my stuff or something else. Maybe when my windows live account was hacked tsimething was done to it. I do have a raven down custom skin for my gnasher but, have no idea how I got it.

you answered your own question, the person who stole your account modded on Gears 3, which means insta ban for that gamertag regardless of who did it. It also means your Xbox is bust as well, if you wish to play Gears 3 online again then you'll have to buy a new Xbox and create a new gamertag. Sorry bro, hope this helped.

I was in afghanyland when it was hacked. There was nothing I could do about it. I do have live access as I am watching Netflix right now. They were kind enough to listen and I'm back online with every other game. Except Gears 3. This is asinine!

If you all of a sudden have maxed out medals and or unlocked skins, then you at least know why Epic's system banned you...
As for Epic reversing the ban, you need to contact the admins via PM I think, http://forums.epicgames.com/sendmessage.php
