Okay, I got reset a month ago, and I had beta skins such as flaming gnasher, flaming sawed-off shotgun, golden Retro, Golden hammerburst and lancer, and Thrashball Cole. I know that you're thinkinh " Well, that stinks for you", but the problem is I still have my data that shows I was in the beta. Now, my xbox 360 just broke after seven years of gaming, and I had to get a new xbox, and a new profile. I really don't know what to do, a solution I had was to find Epic Games' mailing address and send the hard drive to them for proof. What do you think I should do?

Hello there, you should really of reported this in the Issues section, i'll ask for it to be moved for you.

Why did you create a new profile? If you already had one you can simply recover it from Live. The Beta bonuses you earned will be associated with your other account not your new one.

The problem is that I can't access my beta items in the main menu, but it still says that I have my beta items in my old hard drive storage. Also, I got an xbox slim, and I can't plug in my old hard drive on my data, so I had to start a new profile.

You cannot transfer the items to a new account.

You CAN go buy a HD transfer kit and move all your old profile stuff to the new xbox. But thats all.

only thing you can try is doing a license transfer through xbox.com

If that doesn't work, you will have to find a way to transfer the content. Using a Xbox 360 HD transfer kit will work. They cost about $40 at Gamestop

Which account got reset exactly? New or Old? and to use a downloaded account you simply sign out of your new account upon boot u and sign in selecting your new old account, it should automatically of saved your beta unlocks from the last time you used the account online.... unless that account was the reset one!

In that case then it's likely you've lost all your beta unlockables and your best bet is to contact microsoft support and explain that you've been rank reset and lost all your beta unlockables, as far as i'm aware they are the only ones who can issue them. Obviously use your old accounts GT so they can check to see that you earned them originally.

Call Microsoft support. They will send you codes for the beta unlocks. Then, redeem then on your new account or your old account.

You can take old HDD apart w a T6/T10 I believe, remove the guts (your old SATA HDD from case) remove your slim HDD if you bought a slim w a HDD and insert your old HDD into slot move your saves to cloud, if you bought a 4gb just close door and your set w old profile, bOoYa

Interesting but i doubt he wants to take things to pieces! There are better, safer ways than doing that.

It's just removing the case on old style hdd, its just a shell, the HDD is inside, similar to installing a HDD in a desktop, only easier
