Comodo anti-virus reports a trojan in one of the .tmp files of the May release, in \UDK-2012-05\Binaries\FaceFXPlugins.. Anyone else getting this?

Nope. Your Antivirus program must just be wonky or have bad definitions. I downloaded it and installed it with no issues whatsoever from my Norton Anti-Virus.
