Oh yeah! I remember this guy from an article in GI way before Gears came out. Where's NFI? That guy usually knows what's been shipped on the disc and what not.

I think the way the Master Boomer would work is if he was able to summon different kinds of beasties ranging from Wretches to Bloodmounts. Not sure about that being a beast addition but it sounds like a wonderful idea for Horde mode, we could always use more Lambent/Savage Locust.

I believe it was either a preview article or coverage of the beta in Game Informer. This guy was on the table as a possible entry into Beast mode but according to NFI, the character information isn't present on the disc so he was scrapped before the game shipped. Originally Posted by Brocust Drone

Nah, he's not deadly enough to be a boss. An extremely inconvenient enemy spawn like the two maulers that show up in that enclosed area towards the end of RAAM's Shadow or the bloodmounts when you first run into them in Gears 2, sure. Of course, Skorge ended up being idiotically easy as far as bosses go, so I guess this guy wouldn't be too far off. Originally Posted by Jack37b

I'm up for any Horde additions.
With RAAM's Shadow introducing bullet reflecting Maulers, Super Theron Man, and a legitimate RAAM ground fight. I'd love to see them added. Especially if RAAM had his cronies during his boss wave (kinda like Corpsers and Serapedes I guess).Personal Gears Theme ^-^

We need more smaller targets that offer more challenge than a big ole target. More Polyps or Formers would make horde more fun.
A slow moving target is just blah and they have enough of them already.
