Season Pass and Download Issues

So I get on Gears of War 3 and it says 'FreeMP' downloadable content is unavailable or something of the sort. I figured a friend had interrupted the download or it was corrupted or something of the sort. But it would never pop up asking me to re-download it. So I deleted it, then for a few times I'd try to play the game, and it would freeze, not my xbox, the game. If I opened the disc tray or something it would go back to the dashboard like normal. Now it seems to be doing fine, but still no pop-up to re-download the FreeMP dlc. Any help would be appreciated on what to do next to get the dlc back.

Try going to your download history and see if its listed. If it is, simply select to redownload it.

Try adding the Booster Pack to your download queue directly.

If you're missing the Season Pass DLC, go to your download history on the Dashboard or web site.
