Here you guys go ill start it off so show me some love and share your epic fails ^_^. Ok this is how mine went I was playing on Drydock and there was someone sitting in cover and I had the Torque Bow. I figured I can backpack him like I always do with the Longshot but I figured out that it don't work like that with the Torque so when I let it go to backpack him it totally flipped the script on me and bounce off of him and I got shot right in the face by my own Torque HAHA. It was a funny moment I wish I had it recorded for you guys to see. So let me hear what you guys got!!! See if you can top mine.

Once i grenade tagged a bot and not realizing my entire team was behind me, the bot kamikazeed into 4 of us and nearly killed my entire team...

TDM on Checkout - was last one alive with 6 lives left. Got it down to a 1v1. Grabbed the Incens and I bolted after as he started Hammerbursting me. Well needless to say 2 fails happened. I planted a Incen as I was running only to have him basically instantly shoot it and I took good damage (fail 1) and then I turned around to throw it over one of the shelves - only to actually hit the damn thing and have it blow up in my face (fail 2).

Another was back when Overpass had the Motar. Picked it up, aimed it and it hit a piece of the debris above and came RIGHT back down on me.

Lastly - Guardian and me being the leader. I planted a Frag and then picked up my Smoke Grenade I dropped when I got them. Went back by my planted Frag. Was rushed and tossed my smoke - I set off my Frag with me very close to it.

Once, after months of Gears 3, I popped in MW3, and as I wanted to reload my gun I threw a grenade and almost killed myself with it.

I recall many of my not-so-finest moments being on Drydock. One time in particular I felt like I let-down to my team.

Last Man Out, manage to deplete other teams' spawns. Slowly take them out until only one remains, chasing me to fuel station/boardwalk spawn. Rather than fight him out mano-a-mano, I'm Retro-charging like a maniac out of "I just ran through this whole team" induced-lulz. Other guy calls my bluff, but instead of blowing my face off like any other player, he resets his postion, locks eyes with me, and the both of us just charged into each other, resulting in a double kill. For reasons beyond my understanding, I was not on the winning side of the trade. Was with all randoms without mics, but I could feel my team's hope in me clutching just sink upon seeing the enemy team won screen.

1v1 at the end of a Ranked game. Tried the old 'shoot the floor' trick with the Torque Bow as he was chasing me. My controller disconnected at that exact moment, leaving me motionless directly above my arrow, and it blew up in my face.

Then I got to hear all about it for the next 20 seconds

I was Smoke dancing next to a exploding lambent bezerker on insane, I found out the hard way that the explosion will kill you...twice.

I was leader on Drydock, holding a meatshield while next to a piece of cover. I saw an enemy and pressed up to switch to my inks, completely forgetting that I had a meatshield. I bagged and tagged and it exploded right next to me, downing me and killing me.

Ranked execution match on checkout. I picked up digger, which I never do bc I dislike it a lot wasted all the shots flank around there spawn bc they were camping by electronics see a guy who doesn't see or hear me run up on him thinking I have the gnasher out only to realize it was still the digger then got bodied. It was humiliating but I got a good laugh from it.

Planting a frag on the right stairwell leading to the HoD/Mulcher on Azura. Pick up some smokes later down the road, toss one near the right stairwell to give me cover from enemies. Rush into stairwell just as smoke detonates, which in turn detonates my frag. You can probably guess what happened next...

Oh I see. You aren't the only one that that happens to.

Kinda the same thing when a Ticker blows you up when a teammate is right next to you. Just plain annoying.

Every match in Gears 2 was a fail for me..

QM, CTL, Clocktower, last night. Enemy leader/team camped above the tower, my team had control of Boomshot. At grenade spawn, I picked up frags, planted one on the doorway to the right, just as a teammate entered and began gnashering at the enemy on his tail. I pull out my gnasher, and try to gib the enemy coming into the grenade room. I had just tweaked my sensitivity settings five minutes before. I accidentally sap my own frag, and took out my teammate and myself, while the enemy escapes unharmed.

Another good fail (I never do this anymore) is when I play KOTH and see people plant frags in the ring and stand beside them. >.<

2v1 on depths, threw my frag as their last guy was at bottom of stairs, instead of killing him it bounced off the flower pots infront of me and killed me. The worst bit is my team lost the game due to that.

I once survived a 1v5 clutch, only to walk into the remains of a flame grenade and die.

I was on Drydock at the Mortar, I was the last man standing, the whole enemy team starts running straight across from torque/sniper spawn. I think to myself "I got them now!" I set up at mortar, crank up the mortar and the mortar hits that metal wall and kills me.

Last man out. entire team watching me and I go blindfire the boomshot in to the wall whilst in cover. I knew the sniper would of got me if I popped up so took and chance and pulled the RT with out really lining up the shot... lost the game... DOH! Team never let me pick boomshot up again lol!
