    Well that would be a UDK game, and I believe so. I would contact Epic about it though, it's possible you may have to pay royalties on that money.

    Well i only think the royalties would have to be paid if he shows videos of the game using the engine, and even then he would need to hit the 50,000 mark. Contact epic and see if you need to pay the $99 for the license to make money using footage from UDK and not the actual game.
