Unhappy The following resources were not found. Any refrenceses to them will be set to NULL.

i already posted in here http://forums.epicgames.com/threads/...be-set-to-NULL but realised it was possibly the wrong place, so feel free to remove it. sorry

hey, i have been working on a college project for around a year now and i have 3 weeks left.
i have a major problem that needs to be fixed asap as this is no way near finnishing point.

this is the error i get

The following resources were not found. Any refrenceses to them will be set to NULL.
WARNING:if you save now, these references will be saved as NULL.

    here is a screeny

and by "the following resources" it means every asset i have imported. nothin has changed, file locations and names have been the same and in the same place since i started.

also when i try and fully load the package, nothing loads.

as you can see that package file is over 600mb.

could any please help me with this issue? i really cant redo the whole thing in the next 3 weeks.

if anymore info is needed just say and i shall do!

    thanks muchly

    xx

btw this is what the level looked like before i got the error.

Packages aren't supposed to exceed 300MB. UDK should've told you so actually every time you saved the package as it was above 300MB. Maybe that is the problem here, your description sounds likely enough.

If you imported a file and didn't use it in the level then it gets deleted.

according to the UDN site (http://udn.epicgames.com/Three/Unrea...ml#Limitations) the package file should be fine as long as it is under 2GB. So maybe its just your machine or it is an entirely different problem.

i did have a backup but it got overwrittin by the game files with the problem when i copied it to my external. i did check for errors and it said the package was fine. my menu also has the same message come up when trying to open it, which is a different level stored in a seperate package. this package is under 100mb.

That's bad... Before you do the new package (...), make some test - use .bat file to run UDK with help list parameter. This will show you list of available commands - start with:

    UDK.exe pkginfo YourPackage
    pause

...then try LoadPackage - used for debugging and/or detecting missing resources.

Don't remember all commands, but you can find there very good stuff...
