Default Camera Angles in my UT2004 mod

Is there a possible way to use camera angles in UT2004? Because I am designing a mod that will be similar in game play to the series (Devil May Cry) if you know what it is. Can i use matinee for this?? Also is it possible for when you press the arrow keys the pawn rotates? Please reply i need to know if any of this is possible!

I recall a mod/mutator(VPL Cam was it?) that modifies your camera to third person by default but also places the camera at a specific location(top of head)

not sure if you can move said camera though, I haven't tried it

Yes it is all possible. I'm not super familiar with the Devil May Cry camera setup but there are (or at least used to be) several threads here (or possibly in the coding section over at BUF) that had code for "Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time" style camera and player movement. I think AngelMapper posted some of the camera/player code from here UT2004 mod with the Dog/Ape character (can't remember the name) that used a third person camera. Do a search in these forums.

[EDIT] It was AngelMapper's Tamearia mod, here is the thread.
