So are you looking for something just done in 3DS or is this also needing Matinee as you areposting in the uDK forums? Either way we have some great animators that work in max or maya as well as a matinee genius.. You know, there are a lot of talented animators and low cost as well if you just know the right place to look for them. Why don't you also try on job hosting sites like Monster / vworker / getfreelance / staff.com. I'm sure you'll find one that could more that could fit for the project.
