New DLC Idea....

Beast mode was fantastic.... but You ever play horde and go "that's locust... why the heck can't I be that?" So I propose a new Game mode in DLC form.... Swarm mode. The same as beast mode, only you can play as the locust OR the lambent! For the locust you can use the units unused in beast mode, such as Grinders, Flame grenadiers, Tharons, Snipers, Reavers, Brumaks and More! But now we have the lambent that can fill the extra slots, or make them an entire different team! Play as a drudge and use the arrows to chose what you become when you take to much damage. It could even be a competitive game! Both sides can kill each other but only human kills count, and whichever team has the most points, wins the match! Another match type could have the locust and the lambent team up and just mash the options together. Mutators can be enabled too! So instead of infinite ammo, Infinite money, or You take twice as damage. Plus they could squeeze new weapon skins, maps, or even new characters. The possibilities are endless, and open for discussion!

Not to burst your bubble but Epic is ten steps ahead of you on the Horde Versus idea where Cog (Who are actually real people) vs Locust (Who are actually real people).

As for playing as different characters, the Reaver was supposed to be in the game but it was removed because it was kind of glitchy (You can look up "Reaver Gears of War 3" on youtube and you'll probably see it) and the Grinder was removed for no apparent reason, but who knows they may come back. The Shriekers were also tested but were too glitchy so Epic didn't even bother (those flying bomb enemies).

The lambent question hasn't really been mentioned by Epic, I doubt that it goes into Beast.
