Anyone still play GoW 2?

Just wanted to know because I might play it. I got rank reset in GoW 2 so I'm trying to level up and try to get 100 for the medals in GoW 3.

I'm afraid that I will break my Gears 2 disc if I look at it. So no, I don't play Gears 2 anymore. xD

Ah GOW 2, those were some fun and stressful times. I have yet to go back to it once I hit level 100.

No. I played it and it was super slow, terrible graphics and nobody else is playing it. Just bots, 24/7.

search ranked guys ^. There is usually like, 10 people on at any given time xD.

i play it when gow3 is bsing me. because i know for a fatc gow2 is broken, so i expect crap from that title.

My friend plays all 3: Social, Ranked and Horde modes IDK if it's because of his friends or maybe because he gets lucky enough to find people...

same. me and look ma no head just played some insane horde. im lvl 4 now. 6822 waves of insane horde left till i get wings

I haven't put in the disc in since I hit 100 shortly after the GoW3 beta. I wouldn't dare try the versus because why would you put yourself through that pain when you have the pain of GoW3. I've been thinking about playing Horde in GoW2 again, but I don't know if it's active. No bots in Horde, so if there aren't people really playing it, then there's no point.

I would play it a lot more if people still played on the map packs. As much as I like Security (I do), it gets boring playing it 5 times in a row, if it had a Longshot/Torque spawn it might be a different story.

I've played it 3 times since Sept. 20th. Anyway I play it when I warm up for Gears 3. Don't know why but it REALLY helps.

2 Horde now and then.Prefer that style of gameplay over 3.Level 100 for awhile in 2 but never too concerned about rank in 1,2 or 3.

I'd be willing to play, i've been working like mad over the last few months, playing everything from Horde, Submission and Guardian, when they made Gears 3, they also introduced the Medals, and the Veteran Medal.

If your like me, i wanna earn this medal alot!, so naturally, you'd have to go back and play gears 2!, just to get it, achievements, etc.

I wanna rank up!!, lol.

Yeah I play GOW2 regularly, I prefer it to Gears 3 as I feel the gameplay is more satisfying and I also like the heavier feel to the controls.

The fun actually starts when you reach 100.No worries and just play.Any time you would like to do some 2 "horde" hit me up OP.

been going back to gears 2 with twominifamily to work through some of the achievements lately, nice change of pace. Makes you appreciate the changes to horde 2.0 in the sense that with 2 people, horde in gears 2 is HARD at later waves, regardless of difficulty. Also been playing a few mp matches, trying to get used to the differences. Man, the guns are crazy strong in gears 2 and you can take people out with your gnasher at like 100 yards lol.

Pugsdog I believe you're on my fl, but I don't think we've played too much, but if you wanna jump in some gears 2 and work on some of the horde achievements I normally get on around 11 est during the week.

two mini gets on before I do, not sure what time, but I don't get home from work till about 930 pm, so by the time I have dinner and spend a few with my wife it's normally around 11. If you're on I'll send you an invite, we're working on the 40 waves on memorial, I think we're at 27 now, so have to do 27-40. It's hard with 2 people but we found a good spot that seems to be working great for us.

I'm still playing 2 as I have become a completionist and only have 4 achievements left to complete. I'm halfway done with the win 10 rounds of guardian as leader, still need all 8 submission meatflags and the Annex one. Because I'm not real good at multiplayer I tend to try and find a match where it's me against the bits because I really don't want to have to play for hours just to get a few wins.

I've already got my wings (done mainly playing hired) and the last achievement is Seriously 2.0. I still need a little over 70,000 kills to get it but I will eventually get it.

I'm also slowly going back to gears 1 and working on achievements there as well but the multiplayer ones are going to be tough since there aren't enough people playing ranked.

Oh, I usually am on Xbox around around 6:30-7:00 CST deciding what to play. I need to clean up my friends list as I think I only have 1 open spot left but many on my list are old that I haven't played with in quite some time.

Wings as well myself but.played for awhile even after.Was more fun,nothing to prove just kick some locust ass,lol.Not too in to the versus but,I'll give it a shot in 2,who knows,just might pop some heads myself,lol.Think those are the only ones I need too.(Guardian)
