My Fellow Gears Achievement

Hello everyone!

I had posted before, about this achievement not unlocking for me. At the time I was incredibly angry, and even now, I am a bit peeved about it.

Here is my situation folks.

Several months ago, I had started COOP with a friend of mine, and sometime later finished the campaign (Obviously). I had gone to my stats and awards and noticed that my "My Fellow Gears" achievement did not unlock. All acts and chapters were checked off, and the percent bar was at 100%, yet no achievement. So, after about a month or so of playing, I decided to get a group of people together to get the four person coop achievement, and succeeded in getting that. And yet again, still no "My Fellow Gears" achievement...I figured after I had completed it in four person, I would get the one for two, cause maybe I did miss something along the way. All four of us shot through the campaign in about 5 hours, so I know I did not miss anything.

My fellow gears lovers, I need your help!

If someone could please give me a suggestion as to what I could to to just unlock this, I would be grateful, and if it works, I will even dedicate a section of my signature to you (I am desperate, leave me alone).

People have told me to delete my data, and retrieve it, that sounds ok, except I do not know how to do it. And other people suggested "illegal" things I could do to get it....and I will not do that cause I want to avoid the EPIC banhammer.

A step by step way to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Please don't post the same thread multiple times.

This achievement not unlocking (along with 'What Does This Button Do') is a known issue. I've seen a couple of threads about it in the past couple of weeks. We just have to wait and hope they fix it in TU5.

Really stupid glitch that has occured across all 3 games in the series to my experience. But did you skip any cutscenes. Skipping the cutscene at the end of the Junker mission in Gears 1 kept me from getting the complete the campaign on Insane achievement until I went back and replayed it.

I knew someone where a similiar occurence happened in Gears 2 but I can't give you a specific chapter.

In Gears 3 a regular player of mine when we were going through 4 player co-op didn't get the complete the campaign achievement when we all did because the host was skipping cutscenes. It didn't unlock till we got back through again the next day to Act 5 ch 2 and it popped after a cutscene was over. He had the symbols on all the acts and chapters before that as you stated with your own issue.

is this glitch for warmonger too? i would hate to have to go back and do the whole game again

Really annoying because if you happened to have done multiple its hard to pin down what chapters you have to go back and do again.

I have the same situation as the first guy. Although i think for the amount of money they squeeze out of my pocket they better tell me when exactly (since I'm waiting from October '11 for a fix) or they'll lose customer(s) in the future.

oh Epic can put a -1 next to they fans/customers cause that negative is me. BY THE WAY EPIC GEARS 3 is a bigger garbage than a previous game of the series, that's why you will fail more than Call of Duty MW3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One more thing b4 I go. Bleszinski this goes directly to you. Why do you support a system that never worked and won't in the future. Why didn't you aim at customer's satisfaction rather than profit. That's why shiZZ won't change. I promise not to follow losers like you.
