Fenix Rising Map Pack Not Reading (MICROSOFT REFERAL)

Hey guys, I was recently unable to access my Fenix Rising Map Pack content and i tried redownloading it but it didn't work. Everything was working fine until one day it randomly stopped working. When I tried to play multiplayer it said i was missing required content and asked me to download. When i clicked on it it asked me to repurchase the content, or if i already had it to redownload. I redownloaded the content again, still no luck. So i called Microsoft support and they had me delete the content from my harddrive, clear my cache, and redownload my gamertag, content and nothing worked. Microsoft said to post here and tell you (EPIC) that I need further assistance. My case number with Microsoft was

Please help me, as I'm really frustrated that the content I have paid for has gone missing, and causing me to not be able to enjoy the proper experience.

Fenix rising isnt required content, can you play normal playlists that dont need the fenix rising maps? Are you sure you havent deleted the booster pack by accident? If not try re-downloading it again anyway.

the booster is the pack for blood drive etc? i can't access blood drive for example even on private. and either way it says i need to redownload it or buy it again but im certainly not buying it again and the redownload doesn't work

try deleting and re-downloading FR. If that doesn't work then delete and re-download everything, something's gone awry with one of the multiplayer DL's, I had this after FoN was released, had to re DL everything.

i did redownload FR but i'll give everything a shot. you do mean delete literally everything right? skins too?

Okay, first of all, when it says Require Content, did you just cancel or press "A" any way? Because that could be a solution. If you don't have Fenix Rising or Forces of Nature, it might say you are missing content to play in Dedicated Servers but just press A and you can keep playing.

By the way, the Booster Pack lets you play the Horde Command Pack maps in Multiplayer but NOT in Private. That is why you can't play it in Private. Do what it says on top and tell me if it works.

deleting all the map packs. and I have all the map packs it's just not recognizing the fenix rising map pack. so it gives me the option to play on dedicated servers or to download the content that's already downloaded

You have a second GT on your console don't you? I had this same issue when my soon and I were in the same console. For some reason the GTs and DLC conflict. I asked this same question when it happened and my post was deleted. I just got a second console. Not the best answer but it also beats split-screening.
