If I see a male player using a girl character and they already have the female medal onyxed I'm going to take there kill. If I see someone using Savage Kantus, SGE, Comm Dom, Cole Train or Mech Baird in there LE forms I steal there kills. Just because It ticks me off that they gave out those characters. I've been getting my kills stolen since the game launched. I personally love to curbstomp and execute my enemies so it happen to me alot. well that is kinda harsh,just stealing kills because player uses SK LE,SGE LE,comm dom LE,mech dom LE and cole train LE.Especially with cole train LE,because some people couldnt play beta.I couldnt play beta because i was in army in that time,i didnt have time play beta.I killsteal if someone killsteals from me.

all it takes is 2 people to ruin it for the whole team with me. while it may seem a little douchy but if 2 different guys get my kills then i start taking everyones. don't get mad, get even.

what do you think about the whole taking kills? do you mind if somebody takes your kill or don't mind it at all? i personally mind it cause i mean if you get somebody down and you have everybody trying to kill that downed player, then the enemy players can just come up from behind cause everybody is focused on the down player. and if the community says its fair then why do they have a ribbon called STOP THEIF!? it clearly states on the ribbon that 5 kills have been stolen from you. keyword stolen. what do you guys think???

honestly, I don't care. If you down a guy and someone jacks your down, they get +10 XP and you'll get more XP w/ an assist.

To me, K/D doesn't mean much. I know what is going to come next, someone is going to say it's cause I'm a scrub, but I'd rather get the win bonus. Last night I was playing Stranded TDM and accidently took some dude's kill because we were crossing some guy with lancers. Apologized for talking his kill and he laughed saying "I don't care about that, just want to win".

Honestly, I wish more people played with that mentality.

You know, we all know the are circumstances were you kill by mistake, and those I don't give a second thought. But when down guy and he's 2 feet away from me and you lancer him from 50 yards, that's being a a-hole. You know who the stealers are, you have 10 kills and 15 downs with over 2000 xp and he has 26 kill 0 downs and only 700 xp.

I do it... but then again if I didn't guess what we'd lose.

I play TDM, my only focus is for my team winning and that means I kill anything in my line of sight.

The amount of people on my team who have died as a result of humping a guy on the floor is why I do it. Get the kill, move on or I will.

I don't care about your K/D. Which is probably barely above 1.0 from what I've seen recently in the games I've played.

Granted I won't take the kill if it's safe and you're right there on top of the guy you've downed and not acting like a tool. But if you're far away or humping... I'm having it and there's nothing you can do about it.

Oh, almost forgot to reply to this, remind me to enter your GT on the avoid list and never to be on your team. I'll take the 2000 xp hit then play on your team.

To be honest it doesnt really bother me either, unless like said before someone comes in and takes a down I was next to that was obvious I was going to do an curb stomp on, but if Im a distance away they can have it. Because at the end of the day we get more xp than the killer for the down and a ribbon too and Im not really looking for my K/D just a good game a laugh and a win, the sooner the other team is out the better.

All it takes is one person to steal someones kill on the team then everyone is doing it for revenge. Personally it only bothers me when I want to execute someone.

It only really bothers me when I am about to pick up a meat shield to save my life and someone takes my down and I end up dying.
Or they are just continuously taking me kills obviously on purpose.
If I get my kills taken in the heat of battle or when we are losing and trying to make a comeback I don't mind at all, but when it causes me to die or messes up my strategy I get mad.
There have been too many times where I downed a guy at range and a teammate to his credit tries to let me get my kill by waiting by the downed enemy and then he gets downed and I can't get get to him in time and my downed enemy gets up and blasts my teammate when he could have just taken my kill and moved on.

well i came to the point that i dont respect others downs ( ofcurse when i play with my friends i do respect the downs ) because maibe 2 or 3 people out of 10 respect mines so now when i play solo i just take every ones kills and whith that im traing to make a point making players get mad so in the future they can be polyte : )

The only time I take is a down is when bull**** obviously occurs. Example I am in a 1v1 gnasher fight I land a good 3 shots on the enemy only for them to sponge the shots and my teammate ends up getting the down and me only scoring a "10". I also do it if my teammate is in a gnasher fight and him and the opponent are both down try saying it was your kill when you are also down say something and next time you stay down ofc if I am in a party I let the friend get the kill.

Those of you saying you can't take a kill are ignorant lol I get the difference between a down and a kill. But when you steal a kill you are getting credit for their kill not the DOWN. They got credit for the down and you got credit for the kill. It's funny that you all think you're funny and smart for saying a you can take a down not a kill lol.

If I'm playing with friends then we don't care as long as we win. When I play solo it is very annoying how many ppl have no respect for others. When that happens I get my kills back plus interest

It really depends for the situation for me.

If they are bullets flying everywhere and I can't get a shot on the downed player, and someone else kills him, so be it.

When me and the person I'm shooting get downed at the same time, and a teammate kills the opponent then revives me, I don't mind that either, as there was a chance of him getting up while my teammate revived me.

However if it is just plain out kill stealing, like my downed enemy is in front of me, I get a bit upset about it. Then I get over it and move on.

I play by myself and I usually have a crap team, so I do us all a favor and get as many kills as I can so we can win.

And like I said if you're right there on top of the guy you downed I wont take it, only the really far away guys I know my teammate can't get or if he's humping. Learn to read I don't always do it. But when I do it's for a good reason.

The clue is in the game modes name. TEAM deathmatch, as long as we have more tickets than the enemy then we win... which surely that's what you want right? god you nerds... get off gears and go play CoD, that's a game all about K/D and lone wolf players.

Glad to see its not just me. I make a conscious effort not to take people's kills when there's no reason to. But a 30 point assist is probably my most common.

I know you can take DOWNS, but I doubt you can take KILLS.

You can take kills. If I down an enemy and am about to get the kill but you come along and finish them off them you stole the kill I was about to have, I'd earned the right to get the kill added to my stats along with maybe an execution but that kill was taken before I could get it myself. Kill stolen.

I think everyone has been guilty of it at one time or another but I try generally to not steal kills. If I'm shooting an enemy at the same time as one of my team mates I'll go for the kill as we're both contributing roughly evenly. If I see someone shooting an enemy and I join in I'll stop as soon as the enemy is downed. If I help someone down an enemy and I see theyre clearly going over for the execution I'll let them get it, because I'm not a cu/nt, but thes loads of people out there who are. Trying to steal your kills all the time. This people need banning because they're deliberately ruining the experience for other people who play the game.

Your sense of entitlement is baffling to me in a team based game... don't you want to win? who cares who gets the kill you get the points. I myself prefer points over kills seeing as K/D means nothing to me, yours or my own. I play for leader board ranking and seeing as I'm in the top 20 weekly I can't be stealing that many.

It doesn't matter who's kills they "belong to" as long as a grub dies and their lives reduce what does it matter?

Work together and win the game because you know that facepunch or curbstomp execution you're trying to pull off in the open with enemies right next to you isn't smart. Grub dies, move on, win.

The end of the game does. Simple logic, simple answer.

If you take someone's kills at the end as he tries to do the arm-rip or face-punch and you go and do that execution, I laugh my *** off. Especially if it is Execution and you can see it afterwards.

Still frustrating, the kill won't appear on your statistics. I don't worded some one taking my kill on the frenetic combat where you just shot anything that moves, but theres people who do it in the most miserable way. You put down an enemy(or even the last enemy, lets say in guardian), theres no enemy around, you get close to finish him off...and some one kill him 2 meters from you or runs to him trying to kill him before you do.

Never mind when its just reflects what make the other person kill him, but there are a lot of cases where you can see perfectly there intention is too steal it.

First off let me just say I'm sorry you don't have friends to play with (Hmmmm, I wonder why )

You don't think those reply's don't contradict each other?? Who are to take a kill if someone is doing what every to another player that he downed. I don't hump any players but there are times when a person may just be trying to get in the right position to preform a execution because the downed enemy is moving and the "Y" will not show up. You do a quick glance and you decide what I'm doing and take my kill??? Sorry, your not the team judge and get to pass judgement of what you can take. I've seen my friends laugh and tell me "stop humping and take the kill" thinking I'm trying to hump when all I'm doing is trying to get in the right position and get my 607xp for the execution. So you think you get to judge wither I can get that XP from a quick glance? Sorry don't think so, that's the same kind of judgment people make before they take a kill.

Don't think that kind of situation is kill stealing, that happens all the time and that's a example of a "frantic situation". It does suck that some people will sponge your shots but a teammate can shoot once and kill him, but that's is just a sponge problem, not a kill stolen.
Also your the one who will kill the enemy then pick people up? Might as well say you stole it, why not be a good player, pick your teammate up and let him finish him off!

I don't mind if people take my kills if it's a frantic situation. It's when I'm trying to execute someone that it annoys me (Oh boy do I want that onyx medal), but when that happens I do enjoy following them around 'complimenting' them on all the super sweet uber kills their getting.
