Welcome to the level 2,000 club for Infinity Blade 2!

Rules: Reach level 2,000 in Infinity Blade 2. You must post a screenshot of your level and your GameCenter information in this thread for verification. It is also highly recommended to give us periodic updates with screenshots every 500/1000 levels to make it easier for us to verify you and makes for less confusion when you finally reach your goal.

Title Key

You may have noticed the titles placed on some of the members. They are given when achieving a certain level (one for every 1,000th increment)

Champion (Level 3,000)
Blood Sentinel (Level 4,000)
High Lord (Level 5,000)
BladeMaster (Level 6,000)
Deathless King (Level 7,000)
GodKing (Level 8,000)
Worker Of Secrets (Level 9,000)
Ausar (10,000+)

RACING

If you would like to "race" another forum member to level 2,000, simply post in the thread once you have reached at least level 500 and I will add you to this list. (updated every 500 levels) This list is not membership to the club, it is simply a way to watch the races currently going on. Once a member in this list reaches 2,000, they are deleted from this list and added to the real one. If a member is in this list and has been inactive in leveling for an extended period of time, they will be removed.

obviously i have a subjective and probably biased opinion, as level 2k is much closer to my current level, but I think level 3000 could sound very daunting to many players...on the same side of things, level 1,000 is far too easy to achieve...

so, why not compromise at a level 2k club? just because it would already have one member (ruggedland), well...i don't think this is a strong enough reason to dismiss 2,000 as a reasonable and difficult challenge

my vote is for a level 2,000 club!

I feel honored and privileged to be a member of this club. An acceptance speech is in order ...

How about another GK club for IB2? Set the bar at at least 10K, and for people who achieved that in OG like Hirai, they deserve a special asterisk noting the added difficulty.

I was thinking about the new qualifier for the GK Club, and even chosen a ratio of GK lvl to total stats (Absolute Champions table showed it's ok). But then new gems came in...

You see, GK Club always was a hard SKILL test. With all new gems it appears to be a "time test"

Idk, if you guys want it, we can resume GC Club qualification, but we have to work hard on rules, to make it about skilzzz

It will never be so hard like it was on IB 1.0

now everything is different all weapons and so on + gems.

concerning a GK club: I like this idea too...obviously the GK level would have to be pre-determined, as well as stat allocation...

whoever starts the GK club / sets the parameters for it should be aware that regardless of what GK level you set it up at (GK level 10k, 5k, 20k etc..), anyone that high in level will have the spare cash to re-allocate skills to a certain point...

for instance, a set of stat allocation parameters could be: max health 100k, max attack 5-10k.....that way, the leftover stat points could all be temporarily be put into shield (which if using duals, wouldn't mean anything)..

does this make sense?

GK Club doesn't need to start, just because it didn't die. It's still live and has 6 members until now. They are:

1. =Silver=
2. Unrealize
3. Rioskis
4. SaW
5. Voice of Freedom
6. Legionnaire

Historically it was the first pro club at this forum and had different qualifiers at different times. First, in 1.0 was the GK 3000 lvl (this gave the first name to the club, which was changed soon to more simple GK Club). Then, after introducing NG in IB, we changed qualifier to 7000 lvl GK in NG10. Btw it's still open. If you reached this line just sent your swordsave.bin to GodKingClub@gmail.com

Now it's time for new qualifier, and I think it will be a ratio of GK lvl to player total stats. I'm trying to find which value will be the gateway and which additional conditions must be complied. Such as any rainbow, or block all, or parry all gems will be strongly prohibited. Maybe we should limit styles to dual (idk). The main problem is that it will be hard to verify compliance...

As always, membership is lifelong and doesn't require requalification. But we look hard for compliance.

As soon as I test a suitable ratio value, I'll bump the GK Club thread up to discuss additional conditions.

great news that GK club membership will be opening back up

I look forward to the new test parameters / GK to level ratio...I can't wait for my first crack at becoming a GK club member, the most prestigious IB club of all time...

For stat verification, could a video be used, or are you set on the .bin save files? a video of gameplay could not only show stat allocation before the GK fight, but also could show the gems being used (i.e. no parry all, no block all etc...)....also, i have no problems with making it a dual only test, but some may have an issue with that....

You could have 3 criteria, NG 100, GK 10 000, Lv 2000.

If you had all three you could be considered for the club.

I'm going to re-focus on becoming member #3 in the IB II Level 2k Club! smartyoyo and i are in a level fight at the moment (just past him again)

i have been playing for much longer, but i also got sent from level 604 back to level 123 TWCE!

Lol - I'll put my money on you to win the race.

In case you or anyone is not aware, you can also use the same CM glitch to purchase Double XP potion at stock price, and use that in boss fights to gain even greater amount of XP (especially combine that with XP+ gem). Not recommended for regular use, but if you're in a race...
