For the Unarmed and Dangerous achievement, play solo on Casual (in arcade the other players always steal the kills and/or get to the loader first). When you enter the building site, kill the first two Locust and then just *run past* all the others until you get to the loader - you can use smoke grenades or shoot them a few times, but don't kill 'em. This should guarantee at least 5 or 6 kills with the loader, meaning you'll only have to play through the level twice to get the achievement.

5-2 with the silverback killing wretches gets it much faster.
