    Cool

Pretty good for the atmosphere, layout design, lighting, meshes, decorations and more polished than ever. Great work!

thanks a lot , actually i cant built the lighting right now , thats why i captured the video from the editor mode. will have to go to an internet cafe that has 8-16gb ram to build the lighting. 4gb isnt enough for this map..

its a great start, some comments from my side
    - too many birds flying over head, looks like they are hawking over dead bodies or someone trawling through the dessert
    - the lines on the roads sometimes overlap each other, you need to give more attention to detail, e.g. better curved lines and roads.
    - spend some detail on the background - perhaps add some matinee effects so the ships move, have smoke puffing out now and then
    - try to reduce the repitition of objects, such as the trees, lamposts, bins etc. it becomes noticable.
    - add some posters or advertising boards on the subway wall area.

Heh heh. Don't know why you used the video from the editor not the real-life UDK video. Looking forward to do some more work for you.

the project is now about 90 percent complete and i took a new video. There has been a lot of subway improvements.

Whats left to do is building lighmtass on another computer ( mine doesnt have enough ram) , sounds, vehicle edits and minor fixes.

This is looking a pretty massive project.Overall looking great, there's a huge effort going on.But I think you could use more surface detail like normal maps on the road asphalt and cubemap reflection on the glasses of building. Also you may need some vertex blending on the roads/grasses to get rid of repetitive pattern.
I can't really comment on your building models. But it would be nice and efficient if you go for modular approach.Apparently it seems like almost every surface of building models has it's own unique texture space which is not the most efficient way imo.
Is the color of your directional light completely white? You should tint it with subtle yellowish tone to simulate natural sunshine. Also you might need some vegetations like grasses, bushes to scatter around.
The waves of your water shader is massive. It would be better to fit in the surface of a pond not an ocean. The wave size is massive and looking too rounded. You should replace it by more realistic looking sea surface water material with more structured wave forms.
Also there's some inconsistency on the building styles but I think it's another story. There's 2 things really itching me.The building with smoking chimneys and the autumn tree. They don't fit in the subtropic ocean city setting at all.

As i said. The project is massive, respects to your patience.Just keep it up!
