    Default A Taste of the City (Futuristic City Slums)

    Hello everyone. I fired up UDK today and decided to work hard! Haha! (: I will be posting regular updates and comments and criticism are welcome always! I have spent about 30 minutes on this so far and hope to develop it into something amazing.

    It's to repetitive. Try putting different materials on the buildings. I mean Just in the front of the picture there is like 15 copys of the same picture.

    Nice job for your first work. Well, the river seems surrounding the paths just as I imagined, like the helicopter model and nice duplicating of more than 10 large boxes as buildings.

    Thank you everyone for your kind comments and good criticism! I am working on the building models as we speak too ;D

    I have taken out the river and added a road. It fits the vision I am going for more closely! (: Hope you enjoy it!

    I think the biggest issues are the overall lack of conformity in the environment. You've got a real mismatch of textures and obvious things like the signposts not looking like they come from the same region of the world.
