For some reason I can't get rid of near DOF on extremely close objects. I have "Max Near" set to 0 and under normal conditions it looks fine and nothing is blurred looking, but when I zoom in to REAAALLY close to something, there is a blur happening. The problem is it's affecting my 1st person weapons. The backs of them are clearly using DoF with a sharp cutoff and they look bad. When I turn DoF off, it goes away but I lose my far blur.
I have my DOF set to distance and 10000 units so it's a subtle background effect.
So how do I kill near DoF on geometry that's so close to the camera it's nearly clipping?
TY for any info.
