I am starting a gears of war team and I am looking for the best players to be in it.
You have to go through a 3 step process in the tryouts which involves

If my potential teammates can bake a lovely cake I'd be down for them to join. They may never play in a match with us but they could join and you know... bake a cake...

Isn't the max number of kills in a round 5? How can you get more? Unless you mean get 5 - 7 kills in one game.

This is a fair deal. Being decent at Gears AND can bake cakes? To good to be true.

You just have to be so good that you not only wipe out the entire enemy team, but some of your own teammates as well.

That would be impressive. I think using a proper planted grenade it can be done.

Sorry, seems kinda..stupid. I always think teams are just friends that play together, no matter how good/bad they are. Oh well. To each their own.
