Cleavers ONLY Versus Event!

A versus TDM, with Cleavers ONLY!

- Cleavers will get unlimited ammo

- No pistols, or smoke grenades

- TDM, 1 round for victory

That's gonna cause a load of problems when someone goes to drop their cleaver only to have no other weapon available to them.

That's what I was thinking. But if a pistol is in, people will just use that over the Cleaver.

I vote Maybe.
On the one hand it sounds like fun, but mobility is terrible. Once you start attacking, you swing a few times, and it could be like Bang Bang where everyone is just waiting to respawn.

I picked TDM because Epic always uses TDM for Events.

But KoTH sounds good too.

I don't believe the cleaver can be put in versus at this point, I know very early on in development it was, however bugs and issues left it out. Given the unreal operates it can't be put in now, sadly.

All we have are modified forms of existing weapons. New ones are a no go.

I feel like if you were to do this the cleavers would have to be able to interact with each other like when you have a chainsaw duel.

EPIC can not make us spawn with Heavy weapon for now.

they can only be there as pickups. So the entire event would be running around and either pistol whipping or swinging a cleaver.

Most will use the pistol.

Also i think Rod has said before i may be mistaking but i dont think they can put cleavers in versus. Would be a great playlist though

pistol sidearm with 1 bullet solves the drop cleaver problem as you cant kill will it at range would have to melee and then your enemy has a cleaver....

also tdm and koth should be in the playlist to keep the games playing different

This just isn't doing it for me. Sorry, but I voted NO. Just see this as a one match, thanks for the ribbon, and move on type of thing. Be great for people that need a cleaver execution.

I'm playing some AfterMath with some friends and we will do the Easter Egg so we can see locusts go BOOM! from the HoD strikes...

Maybe.

It would have to have the pistol to prevent glitching. Just give the pistol 0 ammo or the 1 bullet (non-headshot).

So if someone drops the cleaver for their pistol, they could try to have a melee fight with someone with a cleaver which may be an interesting fight.
