RAGE Characters?

I was playing RAGE on my ps3 the other day and I thought, wouldn't RAGE characters be cool on ut3? I think running around as an authority soldier or even Loosum Hagar would be pretty interesting. Maybe even some RAGE weapons, like wingsticks or the settler pistol with different bullets for secondary. Post feedback if you want.
List of some characters from RAGE:
J.K Stiles (would be funny as hell)
The protagonist (forgot his name)
Loosum Hagar
Authority soldier/elite
Mutants
Jani (best helmet ever, no view of legs though, but modelers could get creative)
Bandits (the Gearhead elites would be cool)
Sheriff Black

Either nobody here plays rage, or this idea isn't a very popular one.... oh well

If you can find the 3d models online somewhere i can rig it for u. And get it into unreal3 and the PS3.

I don't know if RAGE has a pc version(for models) or if anyone has any, but I'll see if I can find some
