Restricting Premade QuickMatch Lobbies

This is false. You can leave 5000 games and it won't affect your stats.

That's the point of QM -- so you can leave games without harming your stats. Hence why so many people leave when they're doing bad.

Ranked is dead, last time I searched game for 10 mins without success.
There was less than 20 people playing Ranked KOTH in my region.
We have TDM and KOTH without parties btw.
I want to play game not waste time searching.

That's why i don't like QM personally. I jump into games and give people like 2-3 deaths and they immediately leave and the entire room ends up dieing with only 4 players in it the rest are bots. I try to stick to ranked because people are less likely to leave with the match penalty and losing all your kills.

We have been rolling 4 in quick lately, because.....

that one random in ranked "fingers mcgrinch" never has a mic, often doesn't move, or quits after he dies once (just like quick only he gets replaced)

Ranked matches tend to be all rifles as quite frankly its the smarter strategy, quick you can screw around and just enjoy the blood bath with whatever.

The big reason though, it feels like gears 1. The bad kids quit better players come in and eventually both teams even out and you get good matches you can "run back, and rematch for hours" just like gears 1.


As for groups of 5, ONE anytime we have tried that we play bots until we say screw it and go ranked till we are down to 3 or 4 again.
Two, i love running into these kids who trash talk in quick when i am alone and come in at the end of the second round, next match is always a blast until they quit. What happened to the gears players who knew how to say "good game"

EPIC developers like Quinn DelHoyo and Peter Knepley have stated "The average/causal gamer games alone, that's the reason quick match was introduce" so they can jump in/jump out with no penalty. If that's the case, why don't they restrict premade player quick match lobbies down to 2 or 3 players. I get tired of going into quick match koth lobbies and seeing 4 to 5 man premade teams. It's not fun and it basically cleans out the lobbies in a few seconds. What is funny, these kids have the audacity to talk crap afterwards. I'm against pubstomping and it's pretty lame to see kids do this. I lonewolf more than half the time but when I do play with friends we play rank. So why doesn't EPIC push players who want to party up with 4 or more players to rank?

The issue with the stranded playlists currently is that missing players don't get replaced in a timely fashion, at least not at the speed of quick match. Most of the time you end up playing matches with bots because they simply never get replaced. 3 vs 3 with bots filling in the rest isn't my idea of fun. I might as well play private if it's going to be like that. I've even seen a whole match go 5 vs 1 with bots filling in the rest. It went like that for the whole match. No one ever replaced any bots.

It's pretty bad when people are bashing others for using teamwork in a teamwork oriented game.

Should I be punished for playing in a party in QM Warzone? Look at the ranked numbers for that.

Or they could make it to where you need a party of 2 or more to play anything other than stranded. I mean it is a team game. We could put the lonewolves in their lonewolf playlistl

Please explain how is my post unintelligent? I pointed out what developers stated through twitter replies or even on live streams i.e. Active Reload.. In which I counter their lame, yes lame argument they stand by. Again, if the average gamer, games alone then premade party quickmatch lobbies should be restricted to 2 or 3 players.



What are the going numbers on stranded koth? Bet you there is as many players playing it as there is or were people playing zeta!!

I played stranded KOTH last night and got into a full game instantly. It was just like playing normal KOTH. BTW, I rolled 5man QM TDM. Trust me, it isn't fun for us either.
