    Default Didn't Get My Insane Achievement

    I finally conquered the campaign on Insane by myself. At the end of it I didn't receive my achievement. I looked at the stats and awards and it said I didn't complete Act 5 but I know I did. My question to you is, WTF????

    I double checked and it said that I didn't complete the first Chapter of Act 5. I did it over and got my achievement, I was so relieved.
