My Newgame+ save is missing
Could anyone help me bring back my NG+. I didn't do anything, just played IB2 (I also played the Clashmob by my NG+ Character) then closed the app played it again.
But when the game started, it kicked me back to the OG.
So I opened the option >>> Character Slot but there is no my old NG+ save.
I've reached lvl 110++ and mastered many items in NG+. please help.

Same thing happened to me. You can email Chair's support at the bottom of this page: http://infinitybladegame.com/faq - I emailed them and they said they were aware of the problem.
