Looking for Gears 3 players on Public.

Looking for Gears players on public. Must have a microphone and be able to communicate effectively. No requirements for Kill/Death or Win/Loss etc. But players who consistently play poorly or refuse to make simple call outs will be kicked. Players that play regularly are preferred. Edit: I am from the UK, but generally play with Americans and Canadians in the EST and Central time zones. I also play almost all game modes except CTL and on both Quick and Ranked, however the latter is preferred.
