I have the spawns set up as well. What could I be doing wrong?
Yes, I'm also just starting to get into modding.

Well, did you rebuild your level? Did you change the BSP architecture and forget to rebuild? Is the playerstart below KillZ (red line in Front and Side viewport)?
If you didn't forget to rebuild and if the playerstart is about KillZ, is the playerstart inside an object? Or could it be that it's placed on a BSP hole?
A huge fan of the entire Unreal franchise and Bulletstorm.

I've had that happen to me on maps I've pathed if a single path node is outside the playable area of the map.

Usually this is caused by having the level above the Stall Z (blue line) or below the Kill Z (red line) or a rebuild issue. Sometimes an autoplay glitch will do similar things as well and you can't play the level from the editor in some cases. Do a rebuild and see if it returns any errors.

-On this day, I decide to anoint my fists; engaging them in the mode of power and war
wut?
Just figured out what was wrong. I didn't know you had to build the level before testing it out. I was thinking that building was the last thing one does when making a map. But thanks anyways!
