War Journal Facebook Connect Problems

Hi guys

Is anyone else having trouble connecting their facebook account to the war journal or accessing the facebook app. Everytime I try it comes up with an unknown error. Twitter, Email and XBox Live all connected first time with no problems.

Firstly, sorry for missing this on my routine look through here.

Many people have similar issues. They often depend on your region, firewall settings, xbl/hotmsil/facebook logins and settings.

1. Make sure you have the latest software updates for internet explorer(or Chrome, Firefox, etc.), Java, Flash, etc.

2. Make sure you log out of any other facebook/hotmail/windows live/Xbox live accounts your may have running without knowing. Simply log on to any of these services, if it lets you straight in then Log out.

3. If you have trouble logging out the try clearing your Cache, done via your browser options/settings.

4. Make sure your computers drivers are updated and you dont have any registry problems (most internet security software normally has a registry error checker/repairer).
