Default UDK vs UDK Commerical vs Unreal Engine 3 license

Does anyone know what features are not included in free UDK (directX 11, etc)? When you want to sell your game and you pay the 99$, does that grant you a personal licence? How does one get a UDK Commercial Licence, and how is that different from an Unreal Engine 3 licence?

UDK is the newest tool that uses Unreal Engine 3.
There is no more a separate "Unreal Engine 3" source code licensee, you get a UDK source code one.

There is a minimal amount of features not present in the free version of UDK, besides not being able to access the source code the only thing I can remember is not being able to use a kind of modulated mesh where the mesh is joint and processed as one.

Actually, full Unreal Engine 3 license has real time global illumination (same one that Battlefield 3 has) and a different sound system. Can't remember their names but they are only available to licensees.

The reason why they don't show up on UDK is probably because of the license agreement Epic has with the middleware providers, or they may be working on implementation but it may not be a huge priority for UDK etc etc.

UE3 Licensees get C++ source code access which allows them to modify the Engine as they see fit.

UDK Licensees are allowed to sell their game / product.

UDK Users are able to learn, use UDK but they may not sell the final game / product.

Yes, but only so long as there is $0 revenue generated by any means.
