Best skin tone paint match for Gears 3 Marcus?

Just wondering if any of the customisers out there have suggestions for paints to use on a Gears 3 Series 1 Marcus. The Marcus I have has too much dirt on his face for my liking, so it needs cleaning up a little with a bit of paint, so any suggestions would be appreciated

Stay away from gamesworkshop elf flesh and dwarf flesh. Elf is light and yellow and dwarf is very red.

This is the issue I have. All we have around here are gamesworkshop paints which don't seem to match, and going off online pics of paint doesn't help much when ordering, so I created this thread for help.
