When in a Guardian Match, do one of the following every time you die as the leader, or die after leader is killed and are waiting for next round.
5 to 10 pullups
7 to 13 chinups
20 to 30 pushups
25 rowers
50 crunches
If you haven't done at least 2 sets by the end of the match, pick two of these to do one set each of. That way if you suck like me you get a workout, but if you're awesome you're still exercising. If you play Guardian for hours on end, you'll be built like Marcus after a month. This will also work for Warzone and Execution, but then you do a set every time you die. Don't wimp out and do the minimum, push yourself to the highest amount if you can. Minimum is for people who are out of shape and cannot do 10 pullups.
