Totally support thisWould love to see some more horde customization options considering that what we have now is barebones. Some more fortifications would be nice to like something that automatically spots things for you.

I don't know if it was already discussed here, but what's about pickup weapons customization like in versus playmodes? This wouldn't need any new GUI, because the customization screen already exists ...

I think having enemy options would be a good way to make things easier or harder on yourselves.

I think fortification cost could be handy. Making them more expensive would make levelling up easy, and making them cheaper would make the horde easier.
I want to thank Cher and Flak and all the mods and Admins for making these forums the greatest
Recently visited ghost recon fs forums and they show respect for all that gears does and gives their fans yet ubisoft cant give what we take for granted![]()
Thanks
Yes, it is a multi vote poll (Or it should be at least)
Yeah, Though Ubisoft have a lot of franchises other than GR, such as Assassin's Creed, Driver, Rayman and a bunch of others so I guess it is just harder for them to cater to everyone at once. EPIC Games however is a one game at a time kind of company mainly making there money from licensing out the Unreal engine as well as sales for their games.
I'd just like to see more playlists for Horde.
>Social
Just like in Gears 2 where public players could drop in and out.
>Classic
Based on Horde from Gears 2, no mutators, fortifications, lambent enemies, boss waves, ect.
>Hardcore
Self explanatory. Hardcore difficulty
>Party
Gives you the ability to host public matches, choosing the difficulty, map and mutators.
>DLC
Play public matches on downloadable maps only.
All of the above could also be incorporated into Beats mode.
I was all up in Social horde for Gears 2 but I don't agree with it for Gears 3 as I think it would separate the population just a little too much. I agree with Classic horde obviously as I made a whole thread about it (which can be found in my sig) before it came back as a weekend event. I also agree with Hardcore Horde also as it would be a challenge, I don't quite get "Party" as you might as well just do private matches so you can choose the map, mutator etc. 100% agree with DLC horde as well, getting quite sick of having all these new maps and then people vote for Mercy, Sandbar or Overpass to make it a grind.
If EPIC do make these Horde playlists then they should prioritize them in the following order:
- DLC
- Classic
- Hardcore
and Social I don't think they should do for my reason above.
Although that your post had some good ideas, they are not "Options" for private horde so unfortunately I can't quote into the OP as a highlight.
I vote yes for all.
Deff need more options.

The bots would be cool, especially given the amount of solo/split-screen Horde I play, but the rest just wouldn't add all that much. Heavy customization options were extremely cool in Halo: Reach's Firefight mode, but the more fluid nature of Halo's FPS gameplay allowed for a lot more flexibility as far as movement and strategy went. With GoW, even the option to skip ahead to set waves never really caught on with me. The fun's always been in the steady progression as you level up fortifications to deal with the harder opponents.
Good idea but if you change with certain setting like everything is free you shouldnt be able to get combat engineer.
Thankyou to Clayman XIII for the CoG tags. Thankyou to GunBlazinBaz for the CoG tags. Thankyou to IceManC86 for the Jungle Tai. Thankyou to PopeAdrian37th for the Emergence Era Baird. Thankyou to GoW2 Carmine for the Paintball Skin. Thankyou to DxM for the Neon Skin. Thankyou to YiffYiff Hooray for the Lambent Weapon Skin
I would personally like custom enemies and bosses![]()
I like the idea of turning fortifications on and off as I fully support Classic Horde, AI Bots too because I often play solo (or split-screen).
However wouldn't the Wave Enemies option be a little complicated and difficult to implement into the game? Don't get me wrong, it's a brilliant idea, but I doubt it's ever going to happen.
As for the free fortifications option, it could be more suited as a mutator . Though making them free would make it too easy. You'd have a silver back with rockets, surrounded by laser wire and fire sentries before wave 1 even starts.
Not sure whether you remeber from last year, but there was an event in Horde which made all the fortifications cheaper. It worked really well, was a lot of fun and didn't make the game so much of a cakewalk.
I love every single one I don't really like playing with people. Though it would be nice if they weren't onyx guard bad (AI team-mates)
I'd also like a "time between rounds" option.

I had my hopes up that Horde 2.0 had those options, I kept telling my mates I am going to set it to all Boomers or something along those lines.
I really really want infinite ammo to encompass all the weapons, damn I had the mood of a bear with a sore head after all that grinding I did for that mutator.
Anyway, I voted for all of them; fully supported sir!
