Uk GOW clan need a dedicated Captain for our second team.

Hi guys.

We at SOL ( Sons of Locust) have just set up our second team and are looking for a captain to help run the team and lead them in matches.

We are still a relatively new clan, but our captains are very dedicated and we have progressed rapidly. We have a great bunch of lads who are very close and have a great laugh, but at the same time we play to win and on match nights we play to strats.

We play in the fantastic WGL (www.thewgl.co.uk ) and our first team is signed up to two leagues this season. However our second team wont be entered until next season and in the meantime will be running several scrims a week.

What we need is a dedicated captain, who knows how to lead the team. Don't worry about skill, the players in our second team are great lads but not at the same level as our first teamers just yet.

We need this potential captain to be mature (certainly 18+) and know how to implement teamwork (dont worry if you don't know many strats yet, as we will teach you everything strat related). You do need to be able to commit to a good three or four of nights a week though, and put some time and effort in getting the best from your team.

Why don't you just get one of the lads you have now be captain?

It'd save the hassle of having someone brand new jump in and then promoting him above everyone else, no?

we would but although the current members are all really good lads and some really good players too non really have time to be captin pluswe have offered the choice to apply it to them aswell.

Right ok guys one last bump for this thread.

We are still looking for a captain for our team SOL:RAGE, and we are also looking for players for it too.

We have had several guys join us from these very forums recently and have a great time playing for us. We have a fantastic group of lads which is almost complete for what we want, however for the second of our two teams we are still a captain and 1 or 2 players short.

Our original team SOL:Elite is progressing nicely but our new team SOL:RAGE is still in its 'beta' phase and if you would help shape the direction in which the team moves forward then come and check us out guys. We play plenty of scrims, league matches and fun competitions, and the only things we ask of you is that you work well as part of the team (i.e play for the team over individual glory) and get on well with everyone. Its nice if you have the skill to go with it, but we can work on helping you become a better player and learn new strats etc.

Some of our matches get live streamed and I capture in HD.
