Banned i think (Help)

I need help how do you know that you are banned? because i cannot use public on gears 3 i have never modded my account or cheated in anyway. I despise people who cant play a game fair. Is there a way i would be able to talk to some sort of employee to have this overturned. Check my account i really do not understand this. Please Help. The Gamertag is Gold Gnashers Also if this helps my account has been acting really weird as in randomly deleting my leaderboards.

PM Flak on the forums or try to get hold of joe graf on twitter, he will be the one who banned you if you are banned

Joe Graf or Flak would be the people to talk to dude. But once your banned its permanent, so i dont know what help they could give other than tell you why you were banned.
