You must reach level 100 in Gears of War 2, at which point you will also unlock all other gold skins that you do not already have.

Yes, I would recommend keeping an eye out for Xp events so that the trek to 100 isn't too grueling.

You need the Veteran Gear achievement from Gears of War 2 = Level 100 in Gears of War 2 and have won an online multiplayer game on all Snowblind maps (You'll need the snowblind map pack DLC).

Bizzles if you want to grind gears 2 with 1000 point per wave horde on insane I will gladly do it with you as I need to get level 100 ( I don't have the dlcs I always played with my friend split screen and he had all the dlcs ) I don't know if ranked needs dlc I didn't try when I was on gears 2 the other week

As has already been said:

Gears of War 2 "Veteran Gear" achievement, which requires Snowblind.

There are not, and never will be, codes for the Gold Gnasher. We had a thread hit about 20k posts in a weekend about this last fall
