Unlike the Comment Boxes in the Material Editor, those in the AnimTree Editor are purely cosmetic and don't move Nodes around that are enclosed by them, although it feels like they definitely should. Probably easy to fix. :>

The strange thing is UDK doesn't do that in kismet either. About the only place that really does any comment box node moving IS the material editor. I think a better suggestion might be to maintain a consistent design philosophy on the node-based system.
(And maybe having a comment box system added to the PostProcess chain kismet, too)
